Terms of Service

1. Who this applies to

By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using this site, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old to use this site or place an order.

2. Products are for research and laboratory use only

All products listed on this site are sold strictly for research and laboratory purposes. They are not evaluated or approved by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and are not for human or animal consumption. We do not provide medical advice, dosing recommendations, or guidance on human use. Any decision to use a product outside its intended research purpose is made entirely at your own risk and is your sole responsibility. Consult a licensed medical professional for any health-related questions.

3. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account password secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you think your account has been compromised.

4. Orders & payment

• Payment is currently accepted via Cash App only. After sending payment, you'll submit your order details to us for manual confirmation — orders are not final until we've verified payment and marked them "Confirmed."
• Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse, or cancel any order, including after payment, if a product is unavailable or there's an error in pricing or listing.
• Stock levels shown on the site are updated manually and may not always be current.

5. Membership plan

The $9/mo Member plan is currently activated and confirmed manually after payment via the same Cash App process as a product order. It does not currently auto-renew or auto-charge — continued access depends on manual confirmation of each payment. This may change as the site evolves.

6. Refunds & returns

Unopened, sealed products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact us before sending anything back. Opened or used products are not eligible for return.

7. Prohibited use

You agree not to misrepresent your identity, attempt to interfere with the site's operation or security, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

8. No warranty; limitation of liability

This site and its products are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or its products.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account info: name, email address, and password (handled securely by our authentication provider — we never see or store your plaintext password).
• Order info: items purchased, order totals, order dates, and order status.
• Reviews: your name and whatever you write, if you choose to leave one — these are shown publicly on the site.
• Local device data: your points balance and referral code are currently stored on your own device/browser, not centrally.

2. How we use it

• To create and manage your account
• To process, verify, and confirm your orders
• To match Cash App payments to the correct order (which is why we ask you to email us payment screenshots)
• To track referral and membership status
• To communicate with you about your order, if needed

3. Who we share it with

We use third-party services to run this site, and your data passes through them as part of normal operation:

• Firebase (Google): hosts our account system and order database
• Cash App: processes payments — we only see what you choose to send us (a screenshot/confirmation), not your Cash App account details
• Email (Gmail): order notifications are sent to our business email

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data retention

We keep order records for as long as reasonably necessary for business, accounting, and legal purposes. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see contact info below) — some order records may be retained where required for legal/financial recordkeeping.

5. Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. You can also simply stop using the site and avoid creating an account, though this means Preview/Member features and order history won't be available to you.

6. Children's privacy

This site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect data from minors.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent changes.
